Shipping Locations

We ship to Canada and the United States via Canada Post.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Canada Shipping

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates:

• Orders under $100: $14.90 CAD
• Orders $100 and over: Free shipping

United States Shipping

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates:

• Orders under $100: $14.90 CAD
• Orders $100 and over: Free shipping

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by your country's customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status through Canada Post.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@buffees.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us immediately at hello@buffees.ca. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
